PAI Industries parts we sell are covered by warranties ranging from 12 months (Excel) to 3 years (HP High-Performance) with unlimited mileage. For all other mechanical components, we offer a national warranty on parts and labour. As a TruckPro network member, we also offer a national 12-month warranty honoured at 120 shops across Canada.
Do you keep parts in inventory or do you need to order them?
As the official PAI Industries distributor in Quebec and TruckPro network member, we have access to a vast selection of parts for all heavy truck brands. We keep several common parts in inventory and use our cross-reference system to quickly find necessary parts. For specialized parts, we can typically obtain them quickly through our network.
